Ingredients Required –
This is the list of ingredients required for making chocolate ice cream.
- Sweetened condensed milk –1 can
(The easiest available sweetest condensed milk is milkmaid one, you can use whatever is easily available for you.)
- 400 ml of fresh cream.
(You can use fresh cream tetra packs available in the market or can also use fresh cream available at home.)
- Unsweetened cocoa powder.
(You can use any brand cocoa powder available easily for you. You can use sweetened cocoa powder as well.)
- 1 teaspoonful vanilla extract.
(This is completely optional; if you have vanilla extract otherwise it can be skipped.)
- A pinch of salt.
(Pinch of salt can enhance the chocolaty flavour in your ice cream.)
The process to make –
- Firstly, take the bowl in which you will be freezing the ice cream. Pour condensed milk into the bowl, then put 3/4th cup of cocoa powder in it, you can use ½ cup of cocoa powder as well if you like it to be sweeter.
- Now put 1 teaspoonful of vanilla extract and pinch of salt into the bowl and give this mixture a good stir.
- Now whip the cream by hand or handheld blender until it becomes fluffy. You can also use an alternative method of making your cream fluffy. Just refrigerate your cream a day before and then whip it the next day by keeping the container you whip in half immersed in a container of ice water. Be careful to not let in water into the bowl of cream.
- Now mix this fluffy cream into the mixture of condensed milk and mix until everything comes in a uniform consistency and the mixture combines well.
- Now cover the bowl with a lid and freeze it for 6 hours or best keep it overnight.
- Just serve into bowls and garnish with some Choco chips and can your tasty creamy chocolate ice cream.
Mango Icecream –
Summers and mangoes go hand in hand. We enjoy eating mango and dishes made with mango. So here is the easiest mango ice cream recipe for you that need no ice cream maker or fancy ingredients. With a combination of mangoes, cream and milk make a delightful treat for you.
Ingredients Required –
- 1 tablespoon Custard powder.
(You can use any brand custard powder.)
- 1 cup of milk.
(Milk should be at room temperature, neither hot nor refrigerated.)
- 3 cups fresh cream.
(You can use fresh cream available in the market or use the fresh one available at home.)
- 1 cup mango puree.
- One cup mango chopped into fine pieces.
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract.
(You can skip vanilla extract if not available or simply don’t like it.)
- 1 cup of sugar
(1 cup sugar would be around 360-380 gram in quantity. You can use 400gm of sugar if you want your ice-cream slightly more sweet.)
The process to make –
- In a bowl mix 1 tablespoonful of custard powder in 1/4 cup of milk, mix it well to make a lump-free solution and keep it aside. Make sure milk is at room temperature to avoid lumps.
- Heat the remaining milk in a container along with sugar. Wait till the sugar dissolve completely and mixture comes to a boil.
- When this boils, slowly add the custard solution we made earlier into it with continuous stirring. Bring this mixture to a boil once again and simmer for 30-40 seconds and turn off the flame. Keep the mixture aside to cool it down.
- When our mixture comes to room temperature, add chopped mango pieces, mango puree, cream and vanilla into the mixture. Mix all the ingredients well until everything gets combined and you are happy with the consistency.
- Now transfer the mixture into a fresh bowl in which you will freeze it and whip the mixture with hand or use a hand mixer for whipping it into a creamy texture.
- Now put the bowl into the freezer for 6 hours. Make sure to cover the bowl with a lid and it should be airtight to avoid any crystals formation in our ice cream.
- After the ice cream sets if you want you can whip it one more time and freeze again or simply serve into the bowls and enjoy your mango delight made easily at home.
Vanilla Ice Cream

The classic vanilla ice cream is super easy to make and yet taste so delicious and creamy to make you forget the vanilla ice-cream available in the market.
Ingredients Required –
- 3 cups of full cream milk.
(Milk should not be cold or hot, use room temperature milk.)
- 1 tablespoonful custard powder.
(Make sure you are using vanilla flavoured custard powder only.)
- 3/4 cup of sugar.
(You can slightly reduce or increase the quantity of sugar as per your requirement and taste.)
- 2 teaspoon vanilla essence.
- 1 ½ cup fresh cream.
- Dry fruits and nuts of your choice or cherries for garnishing.
The process to make –
- In a bowl take half cup of milk and mix 1 tablespoonful custard powder of vanilla flavour into it. Make a lump free solution and keep this mixture aside.
- Take the remaining milk into a container and heat it until it comes to a boil. Then add sugar into the milk and stir it well, simmer it for half a minute till sugar dissolves completely.
- Now add custard solution into this mixture while stirring continuously. Bring the mixture to a boil again and then shut off the flame. Keep this mixture some time to cool it down.
- Mix vanilla essence, fresh cream into the mixture and give it a good mix by hand or using a handheld mixer till the ingredients combine well and come into a good creamy consistency.
- Transfer the mixture into an airtight bowl or container and freeze it till it sets.
- You can give it one more mix in between and freeze the ice cream again if you are not happy with the texture.
- Your classic vanilla ice-cream is ready. Serve it into the bowls and garnish with nuts, choco chips and cherries to make it more tempting.
Tip –
You can also garnish it with some chocolate syrup. And put chopped dry fruits of your choice from the top.
